At Labellis, we make sure your order arrives quickly and reliably. Below you’ll find everything about processing, shipping, and tracking your parcel.

Order processing

All orders are processed within a maximum of 2 business days after payment has been confirmed. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link (track & trace) so you can follow your parcel in real time.

Shipping times

We work with trusted delivery partners within the European Union. Delivery within the EU typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are indicative and may be a little longer during busy periods such as holidays or sale events.

How do I track my order?

After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Use this link to follow your parcel directly with the carrier. If tracking doesn’t work or you have any questions, feel free to contact us at info@labellis.com—we’ll help you as soon as possible.

We ship to all countries within the EU. There are no customs duties or import fees within the European Union. During peak periods, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.
