Returns Policy – Labellis


Effective date: 1 September 2025

At Labellis, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This returns policy is aligned with European consumer law (right of withdrawal), with additional conditions to ensure returns are handled correctly and on time.

Registering a return

Returns must be registered in writing within 48 hours of receiving your parcel via info@labellis.com. If your item is damaged or defective, please include clear photos or a video with your message. Returns that are not registered within this timeframe cannot be processed.

Sending your return

Once your return has been approved, the parcel must reach us within 14 days of delivery to you. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered. If you request a return label from us, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

After we receive and approve your return, we will send you a confirmation. The purchase amount, including any standard shipping costs paid on the original order, will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method used at checkout. Additional shipping services such as express delivery are not refundable. Any return label costs advanced by us will be deducted from the refund.

Exceptions

Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed. Digital products and gift cards are not returnable after delivery. Returns are not accepted if they are not registered within 48 hours or if they arrive later than 7 days after approval. Sale and outlet items are not returnable unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered.

Exchanges

We do not offer physical exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your refund has been issued.
