Welcome to Labellis. By visiting our website (www.labellis.com) and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

General

These terms apply to the use of our website, to all orders, and to our services within the European Union (EU). Labellis reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in the event of product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud or misuse.

Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€), unless stated otherwise. Accepted payment methods include iDEAL, credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and any other options shown at checkout. Labellis is not responsible for additional fees charged by banks or payment providers.

Processing, Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within a maximum of 2 business days after payment confirmation. We ship only to addresses within the European Union (EU). The estimated delivery time after dispatch is 2–4 business days. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods such as holidays. Labellis is not liable for delays beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Because we ship solely within the EU, no import duties or customs charges apply. Local VAT is included in the sale price.

Returns

Returns must be registered by email within 48 hours of receipt via info@labellis.com. In case of damage or defects, please include clear photos or a video. The return parcel must reach us within 7 days of delivery to you. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered. After approval, the purchase amount, including any standard shipping costs paid on the original order, will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Return Exceptions

Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed. Digital products and gift cards are not returnable after delivery. Sale and outlet items are not returnable unless defective or incorrectly delivered.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Labellis website—including logos, text, photos, designs, and images—is the property of Labellis and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

Liability

Labellis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is always limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
